The Kosybar is not only a bar, but also one of the most suitable restaurants, located in a corner of the Place des Ferblantiers.
Its dark corridor and elegant bar on the ground floor create a very courteous welcome, although you will head out to eat – either in one of the lounges on the middle floor or on the terrace, the Kosybar is a magnificent place which overlooks the square next to it and offers a breathtaking view of the gigantic stork nests around the wall of the El Badii Palace and the Koutoubia mosque .

Before becoming the illustrious establishment, it is today, the Kosybar was originally a Riad belonging to a famous watchmaking Rabbi and father of the famous singer of Moroccan origin, Sapho. Located in the middle of the Mellah, this Riad keeps to this day the vestiges of its unique decoration of yesterday, such as the authentic Zellige of the VIP room, imported from Portugal.
Many years later. A young entrepreneur full of ambition and above all with an incomparable design, is interested in the Riad. After buying it, it breathes a lot of life and above all full of hope. Nabil and Brigitte Zniber have made it a magnificent place where souls meet, for a drink, a dish, and what is often the case, an unforgettable sunset.

The chef at the Kosybar, Nao Tamaki likes to innovate, taste and give the best of Japanese and international cuisine. On his board, prestigious establishments such as the emblematic Tour d’Argent and the magnificent Mamounia find their place.
